A WEEK AFTER THE ACEH TSUNAMI (2004)

A Week After the Tsunami we are still looking for Nino Priyanka, our friend who disappeared in the disaster.

A WEEK AFTER THE ACEH TSUNAMI (2004)

When the nights can’t sleep the awakened souls

Tired of forged hot sun burning

And the crashing waves had passed

Leave the debris strewn all over

Mass Grave of the Tsunami Victims (2007)

Let time answer it

Going hopeless with the cries of the lost

Scrambled at the heart due to the storm

Telling the wounds of the soul that imprint forever

Together with strong people with tears

Together with weakness we try to brace ourselves

Looking at the day that will pass keep changing

Since we are not weak, we are mighty humans

Cepat seperti angin // Tekun seperti hujan // Bergairah seperti api // Diam seperti gunung // Misterius seperti laut // Kejam seperti badai // Anggun seperti ngarai // Hening seperti hutan // Dalam seperti lembah // Lembut seperti awan // Tangguh seperti karang // Sederhana seperti debu // Menyelimuti seperti udara // Hangat seperti matahari // Luas seperti angkasa // Berserakan seperti debu //
